Man Up works to restore the souls of the disenfranchised African American men in our community, specifically men who have been previously incarcerated and are looking to change their lives. This is accomplished through weekly training courses, workshops, mentoring and life coaching in small groups. The ultimate goal is teaching the skill of internal management and that each individual controls his own destiny. Topics include: leadership development, anger management and conflict resolution, finances and budgeting, job preparation, gratitude, always doing the right thing and spiritual development.
